We examined changes between prepriority enforcement (2018) and early postenforcement in 2020, examining both cartridge/pod and tank ENDS users who used tobacco/tobacco-menthol mix, menthol or fruit/other flavours and their associated device types. We also investigated whether these adults switched to flavours or devices that were exempt from the 2020 federal priority enforcement.
